These terms describe how customers may use the website and how online pickup orders are handled by M&M Hardware.
Website use
The catalog is provided to help customers browse store products and submit pickup requests. Product details, prices, and availability may change without notice.
Order requests
Submitting an order online creates a pickup request only. It is not a guaranteed reservation until the store reviews the request and sends confirmation.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. HST is added at checkout. Final order totals are confirmed by the store based on reviewed quantities and accepted substitutions, if any.
No online payment
Orders are not paid online. Payment is made in store after the order is confirmed and prepared for pickup.
Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details so the store can confirm the order. We may cancel or adjust requests that contain unavailable, incorrect, or duplicate information.
