Pickup Policy

How pickup works

Customers place an order request online. The store reviews the request, confirms the available items, and then contacts the customer by email when the order is ready.

Pickup confirmation

Please wait for store confirmation before travelling for pickup. The confirmation email may include quantity updates or other adjustments based on stock review.

Payment

No payment is required online. Orders are paid in store after confirmation.

Collection

Customers should bring the order number and be ready to confirm the order contents at pickup. Another person may collect the order if they can provide the order details.
